I designed a floor plan schematic, rendering, and model of a cabin. Keeping within guided specifications from my Artist client. I started with an inspiration board, delved deep into discerning what my client would enjoy and to empathize with their needs. This resulted in a modern structure that works within its native environment in Maine.
A focal point in this piece, was a lighthouse shape as the center piece for the structure. It’s the center of the structure and serves as an island in the kitchen the place where meals and conversations are made, gazing at nature through the beautiful full length windows, or simply heading upstairs to ponder and create art.
